αHFc CL PBD是抗人IgG Fc特異性抗體，與吡咯并二氮雜平（PBD）通過(guò)可裂解接頭偶聯(lián)?？贵w部分是對(duì)人IgG的Fc區(qū)特異的多克隆抗體。吡咯并二氮卓（PBD）是一種細(xì)胞毒性小分子，它與DNA小凹槽結(jié)合，并與DNA的特定位點(diǎn)交叉連接。連接PBD和抗體的可裂解接頭在細(xì)胞外液中是穩(wěn)定的，但一旦綴合物通過(guò)內(nèi)吞作用進(jìn)入細(xì)胞，就會(huì)被內(nèi)體中的組織蛋白酶裂解。

| αHFc-CL-PBD is anti-human IgG Fc specific antibody conjugated to pyrrolobenzodiazepine (PBD) with a cleavable linker. The antibody portion is a polyclonal antibody which is specific to the Fc region of human IgGs. Pyrrolobenzodiazepine (PBD) is a cytotoxic small molecule which binds to DNA minor groove and cross-links specific sites of DNA. The cleavable linker connecting PBD to the antibody is stable in extracellular fluid, but is cleaved by cathepsin in endosome once the conjugate has entered a cell via endocytosis. | |
